  • All units include a fridge and stove. There are a limited number of furnished one-bedroom suites. Apartments are reserved for families without children.
  • NO PETS are allowed in the 4 plex units or Sundbo suites. 
  • For each pet - $50.00 monthly charge - added to monthly rent

Please contact the housing coordinator, housing@briercrest.ca,  for information on the following units:

  • 1 bedroom unfurnished apartment - 4 plex $645/month
  • 2 bedroom unfurnished apartment - 4 plex $745/month
  • 1 bedroom furnished apartment - Sundbo Place 1 - dorm  $745/month

(The above rental fees include utilities except cable, TV, phone)

  • 2 bedroom Duplex - no basement $620/month
  • 2 bedroom Duplex - with basement $675/month
  • 3 bedroom Duplex - $675/month
  • 2 bedroom 5plex - $620/month
  • 3 bedroom 5plex - $695/month
  • 3 bedroom modular - $595/month
  • 4 bedroom modular - $650/month

(The above rental fees include water and sewer; gas and power are extra)

  • Thirty-day leases are standard on all units and are subject to applicable provincial guidelines. We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent plus the first month's rent upon taking occupancy of our rental accommodations.
  • Pets are allowed (but discouraged) in some school owned units if discussed with the housing manager. We will have the unit professionally cleaned and sanitized at the departure of the tenant.
  • All window coverings are to be supplied by the tenant.
  • In all units the tenant is responsible for having content insurance on their personal belongings. The units are insured for damage against the unit, but the contents are the tenant's responsibility. A basic policy of $15,000 costs approximatly $125.

 

 

 

I met a lot of professors who truly cared about their students. They taught us with great dignity and respect. I appreciate all of the faculty members that I took classes with. I will continue to keep in touch with some of the ones I connected with.
